I saw a power up kit for the 300ex on White Bros. website, and all the stuff looked pretty nice for a good price. Just wondering if anyone has installed one of these, and if so, what (roughly) is the power increase? Thanks.

 

Reason being is that I wanna sell my 250ex and buy a used 300ex, rip it apart and create a monster. Nobody sells any cool cam kits or power up kits for the 250ex. (at least anyone I trust...)

 

I recommend skipping by the 300ex then and just getting a 400ex. They weigh the same so size shouldn't be an issue. The 400ex is so much easier to build. You will never create a monster from a 300ex.
