Has anyone here incountered an issue with trying to get your rims off your hubs.. Both my rear ITP rims will not come off the hubs.. I have tried everything.. Pulled the tire/hubs off the axle and used a 2x4 to try and wack them off.. Not budging.. I can see that the alluminum is pressed up against the lug... Any help is appriciated..

When you mount a "flat" rim that doesn't have the countersink inserts like your stock ones, you should flip the lug nut around and put it on with the flat side towards the rim. That should keep it from happening again. As for getting the thing off, good luck. I got mine off by knocking the studs in with a hammer (with the nut on the end to keep from messing up the threads.) Not much fun.

I called ITP to see what up.. I already new about flipping the nut around... But they said you also need to put a 10mm washer on there to.. so the nut does not dig into the soft aluminum.. So that is just what i did.. Went and got 16 10mm washers and already put them on my front's... As for getting the rim off the hub I tried everything... I took it down to the honda shop to press them off..

The same thing happened to me, i took a 4x4 and hit it with a sledge and it came right off, i did the washer thing right after.

I made this mistake too a while ago. I used a large rubber mallet to hit the rim while giving the wheel a spin about 1/8 turn each time.
