when your engine is blown will it still start up, make strang smells... i know its a dumb question. im kinda new at this stuff.

 

in some cases it will start up, unless you've put the rod through the cylinder or something like that. There will be alot of white smoke, and possibly a rattling sound. As to the strange smell thing, i'm not exactly sure. At that point i'm usually spouting out alot of four letter words.

its like a burning smell

 

If it is a blown engine, it is amazing to hear a honda motor crashes.

 

if u can start it

see if the power droped alot
in that case u have some problems

go over the ez shyt first (clean fuel system, new sparkplug, new oil, new air filter, and so on)
