hey i have had my 250 for about a year now and i am paying for it but my step dad just bought his son one and he got a 350 rancher es and i am more experenced then he is and i told my step dad that i wanted to trade it in for a 300ex he said i had to wait till next spring what should i do sell it and buy somthing off of ebay or bore my out to a true 250 but boring it cost a ton and my step dad will not pay for it so what shoud i do bore or sell and get bigger without him knowing.

isnt the 250 ex an automatic clutch?? i would step it up to a 300 ex. i heard they are awesome and you'll like the hand-clutch if you can get used to it without killing yourself. You'll be able to walk all over that rancher es, maybe even skip over the mud if you go fast enough.

Wheelie in to mudballs out, but let someone on a sportbike go first as the 300ex sits lower then your 250ex if they get stuck go around.
