WOW, I can't beleive that some of you guys beleive that warranty covers wear and tear and abuse!!!!


You take ANY motorized vechicle back to a dealer with ANY warranty, be it ATV, snowmobile, car or truck that has evidence of misuse and you are not getting that fixed under warranty. It clearly states that in EVERY warranty agreement I've signed for.

If there's mud/silt water evidence in the crank case of the motor, that's a clear sign that it had water in it. You bought an ATV, not a boat, if you read the owners manual it will tell you the max fording depth and that rolling it over is not something for which this vechicle is designed for.

For anyone that thinks this guy is screwed, take your car/truck, park it in a pond and see if the dealer will replace everything that got damaged under warranty.

Warranty is insurance against DEFECTS, it is not warranty against STUPIDITY.
