Can you put the 4 2 4 on a rancher 350 manual shift 4x4?

Like they said...yes. I installed one on my Rancher a few months back........best investment I ever made in that machine as far as improvements or accessories are concerned!

Can you do this mod yourself? How difficult and how long does it take, what kind of tools?

Have installed a few at the shop. It takes about 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours to install w/ basic tools. You need to unbolt front diff and move it forward to swap front driveshafts and then route the cable. Not very hard to do at all w/ some mechanical knowledge.
