Default Compared to Sportsman 700

Guys, need a 4x4 that can hang with the Sportsman 700 on the trails and do some work around the house when not beating my buddy on the trails. Getting back into the sport so I need some advice, does Honda have anything?

Sportsman 800 or Bomb 800 if $ no object. Honda will not beat him.

The Honda Rincon 680 will definetly hang w/ the Polaris 700 on the trails. I'm not sure which one is actually faster top speed. I have ridden both of these on the trails. They both have plush suspension. Depending on your weight, the Honda might be too soft though. The Honda will handle better on the trails. The Honda is more sport than utility and the Polaris is more utility than sport. The Honda weighs 600 pounds and the Polaris is somewhere around 725. Both have EFI and disc brakes F&R. Check them both out, you should be happy w/ either one. And yes, the Bomb 800 will smoke 'em both. I've ridden it, its scary fast.
