I have a 400ex with the stuff you see below in it. I was wondering if there was any simple adjustments you could make to the carb or anything to give it that extra power. I was thinking about taking off the airbox lid but the stuff I ride in I dont know if that would be a good idea. I have heard people say if you have a K&N filter it wont hurt anything is this true?

 

Try painting it TLE Orange..also get that pink power band..mega gain there.

K&N is what I use but I gotta change my oil more often.

 

If you want a little more power, go with a stage 1 or stage 2 hotcam. For the money, you won't be sorry.
