removed endcap

i just took the endcap off the muffler on my 2004 s50ex looking for a little free power, am i going to need to rejet to avoid running lean? if i take the airbox lid off will this correct the lean condition?

removed endcap

i removed the endcap off of my mine on my foreman and didnt have to rejet. it doest rely help with more power it just makes it louder

i found that on my 250 i actually lost power but i didnt rejet also like hillbilly said it only makes it louder but i actually lost power but quite a bit.
