I have a 1500 on my 450es and it has saved me several times but at the end of the day I wish I had put on a 2000 pound winch and will when the old one gives up the ghost. The foreman is a heavy bike and I could use more pulling power. For a plow, a 1500 is all you will need. You will need to buy the mounting plate tho or make one as I did. Mount the switch somewhere out of the weather and it will last longer.

Go to E-BAY and type in GORILLA WINCH. They are exactly like a WARN and many people have said that the parts are even inter-changable.
I just bought one. The 2500 pound model cost $106.00 shipping include w/ shipping insurance. AND it includes a "universal" mounting plate. BTW- these are brand new, not used.
