Im no exhaust pro, but the baffle is in the plates in the pipe. I have a 150 off brand, and
when you look through the end cap, the first baffle is right there. It looks like a tube,
and goes through a plate. I8amm made a big exhaust review on how to do this. Try looking in the raceway forums. Its an older forum. It explains it better than me.lol

There must not be a baffle then. Because its in the exhaust. Can you take off the stock end
cap, or is it welded? Because you could try to fit a big gun race core in your pipe. Or go
w/ the stealth big gun pipe. Its for utes. Expensive, though.

i don't mean to start any crap, but the z250 wil out run the 250ex and my z250 would do 48 stock. it would do 52 with a pipe and just kit. This is according to a gps. More accurate than guessing or riding next to a car. I know everyone likes to overestimate on the high side, I just wanted to speak from true experience. Also, my bro-in law has a 2005 500 foreman and it reads 2mph faster than my gps. A buddy of mine has a polaris 700 and it reads 3mph faster than my gps. I'd rather believe the polaris speedo, but i'm thinkin the gps is more accurate. Just food for thought.
p.s. I paced a 250ex and all he could muster was high 40's.
