300ex rear brake problem

300ex rear brake doesnt work
i have a 2001 honda 300ex and i replaced the pads but i forgot to loosen the e brake so i tryed to push the piston in so the pads could fit in but no i dont have any pressure in the brakes and their is no fluid leaking out anywhere what could be the problem?
