can someone please help me i have a 2004 rubicon battery just quit on me so went out bought a brand new one charged it like directions said had it out tonight ran fine driving home with the lights on around an hour got home shut it off went to start it and nothing had to pull start it ???maybe somone can help me before i take it to the dealer thanks

 

the battery might have a dead cell

 

its my second new one thats what i thought about the first battery then i went out and bought a new one and the same thing happened

 

something has to be drawing the battery down.......check for battery draw

 

if your battery is dieing i can only think of a few things
1.you leave your key on in the machine and runs battery down
2.a mod of some type may be hooked up incorrectly
3. or electrical unit is shot and is requesting unneeded power.

could be just about anything though with the electrical system maybe a short in your battery cables even???

 

could possibly be your alternator is not charging the battery???
