Default I have a hot rincon!!!!!

I have a 2003 Rincon that keeps overheating and now I am finding the electric fan is not coming on at all..... If there is anyone out there that has a shop manual and can give me what wires and fuse links to check would be great! Thanks....

If you fan isn't burned out you could tie it directly into the battery with a switch so you can manually turn it on thats what I did with my ds650

First off you need to find the problem with your fan. Rinconriders has all you need to put on a fan override switch and troubleshoot why it isn't coming on. Also they have tips on keeping one cool. The oil cooler is right against the radiator. It gets mud trapped between the two. Cleaning it is difficult. Its easy to unbolt the oil cooler and put spacers between the two. This will allow easy cleaning of all the mud. Also a bottle of Redline waterwetter works very well and is available at most auto parts stores.
