rancher w/ rubicon wheels
Hey , just installed some rubicon alum 12" wheels on my 01 rancher , I put interco swamplite 25x8x12 on the front and 25x10x12 on thr rear. Everything fits good , the only problem i see is that the wheel studs no longer reach all the way through the lug nuts. Has any one ever tried to address this issue, if so what can I do. I have not yet measured the studs on the rancher. Would putting rubicon studs in fix it ? Other than the lug issue the bike looks great lots more clearance & very aggressive traction.

I too put 12 inch wheels and tires on our Rancher, those 11's on the back made it hard to find decent tires and the 12s look great.
We have the Warn 424 so the 4 wheel drive is not engaged most of the time. And with the Mudlite Xl's you don't need 4 wheel drive very often!
We ended up with stock Suzuki wheels that someone bought aftermarket wheels for, turned out to be a good deal and we did not have any trouble with the wheel stud length.
