Friend of mine has a Polaris 400 Sportsman that the mice got into and chewed a wire or two. Now it has no spark. He said that the only wire that was chewed cincerning the firing was a brown wire that goes to the CDI box. He is sure it is right and is soldered back together. Only other wires chewed were wires going to the front wheel drive stuff. Can't seem to find a repair manual to know how to test the magneto, coil etc. Suggestions? Anyone know where I can get the manual online? or can someone tell me what to test and how? The only other thing is that once in a while it will spark, usually when you first try it. Can someone tell me how to begin testing the igniter, pulser etc? Thanks It is an 01 4X4..
