Then click on cooling system and then water pump.

Bolt and washer number 8 and number 9 on.
You can miss it, its under your seat. Just remove the plastic that gets you to the pull cord.

Just start your machine and let it idle, It took about 15 minutes or so.
Then I just kept my eye on that spot and sure enough, here came some steam/vapor...

Actually I was staring at the weep hole first for 5 freaking minutes.
