on the 2/13/07 im starting a project to get a motor from a sports bike in a honda 300ex. with its done i'll post pics for people to see. the bike to be riped apart is not picked yet but im going to a aution to get one hopin to get a honda 1000rr or 1100 xx but a 600rr just as good.

update what ever motor thats going in is going to have open pipes no muffler and dupli color high heat in aluminum finish. the plastics are go to have dupli color mirage in red and blue finish with illuminite pin strips that glow in the dark. their undercoating for the frame.their chrome in a can for the grabbar,bumperand rims. and their general purpose cherry red and light yellow for some flames.to check out any of the paints above or other go to

Cousin's friend put a ninja motor in a 300ex a couple years ago. Has a DS with some bike motor in it now.

 

There is a guy on the BRP-CAN AM section here that has done this to several DS's with a lot of success. Even on that big of a bike he still needed to do some custom framework, so I hope tour fabricating skills are up for a challenge. He goes by Supersonictoys and probably could help if you need any.

 

i spoke with him before some nices bike he got. i think he is the main reason that im doing this. because its cold out were im at i wont cut the frame in till mid or the end of march. i have a friend thats going to help with the design of the frame and welding it so i well have many designs before one choosin and put on. but im going to get a few more runs with the old motor because i bust the left crank seal and its been sitting for about 2 months and i hate not riding it. im trying to do this with only $1000 so ill be selling parts from the quad and the bike that i dont need to get a bigger buget. when the engine is out ill post it so if any one wants to buy it. it will be going with the wiring and exhaust as well.

 

today is not my day first my car breaks down. after getting it fix i go to a police auction(their site said their selling bikes) the guy their said their not dselling bikes in till april maybe may. after that my car breaks down again.
if anyone has a honda cbr600rr for sell thats under $600 let me know.the egine has to run the bike doesnt need to move.
