I'm not exactly sure, but I think this Post was a feeble attempt at humor.

Ask not why riding areas are closed, nor why legislation/regulation diminishes ATVing.

Instant self-gratification of the pubescent without consideration of others must prevail.

This is turning into a Jerry Springer show. Please understand that when I said I wanted to wake up my neighbors it was intended as a humorus expression and im sorry you didnt realize that. But I still want to make my quad louder beacause I am going to race and I want my stock muffler to sound like everyone else.No hard feelings?

There is a huge misconception that LOUD=FAST. In all the time I've been building cars, for the street or strip, I can't tell you how many people I've met that thought that to be fast, you have to be loud. The performance exhaust systems sound the way they do, not because they were intended to be loud, but as a result of the performance tuning and research.
When the system is dynoed over and over on a quad, the company finds the right combination of tubing sizes, bends, and lengths to make the most performance. Yes, they usually end up kinda loud, but it's a side effect of all the performance tuning. Performance ISN'T the side effect of a company making noisy systems.

Put a strait pipe on it or cut the muffler off same thing. That will wake your neighborhood up in a hurry!

Pick yourself up a hearing aid and turn it up all the way. That should do it for you. And if youtr that much of an idiot you could ride without a helmet so it is not blocking your ears.
