hehe yea I was one of "those guys" who broke my ankle/leg because I was riding around me track without them.....I know for a fact that if I had them on it would saved me 3 months of pain and sitting around doing nothing. so just wear them..... you will get used to them and when you you won't like riding in normal shoes....I hate riding in shoes....I also have the fox formas which are really stiff... anyways my advice is to WEAR THEM you will like them later on......

 

dude mine felt the same way (fox forma's) couldnt feel the brake pedal, had to move shifter up a couple notches because boots were bigger than shoes and right foot kept flying off peg! but i got used to them and you will too, and once you do you will love them saved my ankle a couple of times!
