Mud lites AT or XL's

Mud lites AT or XL's
Hello Everyone!
Just wondering about tire size and profile for a 04 rancher at.... I've decided to change the tires and rims and looking for some thoughts, I'm putting 12" rims on all four corners and going to put on some mud lites 25-8-12 front and 25-10-12 rear just wondering if I should go with the AT's or XL's any thoughts or experinces would be helpfull!
Should I consider diffrent width?
