when my rubicon was new it gave a few 30.06 style backfires on off throttle downhills, i think its due to the red hot headers that new machines have until carbon develops and causes the pipe and header to run a tad cooler.

 

mine does the same thing when im wide open and let off, i have some modifications now and it still does it!!
