I've got a 99 honda 300 4x4 with vamps all the way around. And recently while i had my quad up on a jack, i notice the front left tire was wobbly. I took it to my honda dealer, and they said it was a bad bearing in the joint, so they replaced it. It doesnt wobble anymore, but sometime, when its rolling fast, i can hear a scraping noise coming from somewhere in there. ALmost like there is a rock stuck in the rim scraping against each revolution. Whats the problem? i need help fast?

Sounds like something stuck in your brake drum. A little piece of the bearing, or a small piece of gravel, most likely. Try taking out the little plug and shine a light in while turning the wheel slowly & try to see what is there. Could be the brakes are just a little too tight, also.
