need help neutral light wont work recon

Is the neutral light just not going on or is the quad still in gear and your can't get the quad into neutral? If you could give some more info on what's going on I could prob help.

need help neutral light wont work recon
atv goes in neutral but light wont work so the bike wont start how do i by pass that so the bike will start in any gear can disconnect a plug in fornt of bike than start bike with selanoid
