WARN WINCH/WARRENTY
#1
I,ve had my Warn whinch for 10 months, just this week it quit working. I found the selnoid to be sticking, bummer right!!I called Warn and they said they would send one out air freight that day and they took my word for it only being 10mths. old, man was I shocked, it's re-assuring to know that some companys still value their costumers. Now don't me wrong, I'am not happy that I'am having problems but it sure takes the bite out of when WARN treats you so well!!!!

Harold:
I can kind of relate. I called Warn's 1-800 number several times when I was installing a new switch. Their tech support was excellent and I even got a call back to make sure everything was going okay with the switch. I got this kind of service for a switch purchase that probably didn't cost $50.00. I know Warn's are more expensive, but you probably get it back in support (sounds kind of like Dell computeres). Anyway, I hope everything turns out okay with your winch - Kyle L

That # can't be right. Not only did I try to call it, it only has 4 digits after the 1 800 part it must have 7 to be a valid name. Does anyone know the REAL #?
