Default cylinder sleeve

Do anyone know how hard a cylinder sleeve iss to change in a 96 foreman 400

Default cylinder sleeve

I sugggest having a machine shop install the sleeve. If you have not done it before, find someone who has experienced sleeving. Tempuratures of the hot metal can exceed 450 to 500 degrees. Also setting the cylinder depth and resurfacing come into play

Default cylinder sleeve

the other day I posted a note stating my rings when i put them in my cylinder the gap where the ring has the slot was about the thickness of a dime..Well I double checked tonight and i was wrong..Its about the thickness of a new piston ring..is that ok...And the top 1/2 inch of the cylinder was a little more.
