HMF sent me the wrong color pipe even though the paperwork shows the pipe I ordered. They knew about this a week ago and now they refuse to ship me the correct pipe in time for me to get it for our trip to the dunes next week unless I pay for the shipping!!!!!!
They made the mistake and are not willing to make it right with me.
I ordered the pipe on the 29th of August and received it a week ago. They were notified of the mistkae the next day.
Talk about treating the customer WRONG!!!!! Very poor business practice!!!

I'd send it back and buy from another company. Never like HMF anyway.

Doesn't it just get to you when company's do things like that. I mean your paying alot of money for their product and they aren't willing to correct their own mistake. Like it's going to put them out any money.

I'd ask them politely one more time to send it and if they refuse tell them your sending it back and you want a refund.

Rodney tell them you will send it back on your dime, after you use it. Then demand the right one or a full refund.

My buddy tied this with a bumper and ended up with both. The "wrong" one is on Jayna's quad. They righted their wrong and wrote off $110.

They send out a return policy card that states they will not accept any returns on used merchandise! HMF doesn't even want to right off $37.00 for 2 day shipping!
I think they should overnight it to me so I have it by this weekend. They say NO!

Im glad your exhaust is fine. The performance of the HMF is on par with most other exhausts. However, At my shop I install alot of systems, and have seen several cases where these have fallen apart. Granted these were in racing applications, but they are certainly not on the same level as the top line systems as far as durability is concerned. Yosh, DR.D, ESR, Sparks, White Bros. etc. all produce a superior product. Just my opinion
