2001 Rubicon
A lockout front diferential from a newer Rubicon with electric clutch runs about $530 alone. The you would have to come up with a switch and wiring as the powertrain control module, wiring, meter, and handlebar switch are entirely different on a newer Ruby which has the option. I am not even sure if these diffy's will mount up to an older frame, but hey, anything is possible with a welder and torch... J/K

2001 Rubicon
I have a 2001 rubicon with the 424 warn select and I never had any problems with it. I think that the newer rubicons have more than yust a lockig diff, plus you have to consider that the rubicon is computer controled, and everything electrical on the quad is conected to it. Also the mechanical disconect is simpler and easier to maintain.
