Default What Does Dealer do to Prep ATV

Hello,

As the topic states what do they do? Reason I ask this is because I just purchased another new Honda 420 and asked sales guy if they would make sure that they put in some winter grade oil during the prep as I will be using bike for ice fishing during the initial break in.
Salesman looked into it and said that in order to do it it would be $110. I stated that there should not be that much difference in oil prices and he said that the oil already comes in machine from the factory and would require a new oil change.
Don't know if they are trying to pull a fast one.
They also wanted $80 to install an hour meter.....I installed one on my other bike and man it was dead simple....kinda felt like I was violated after just hearing the quote. I guess this has my suspicion up regarding the oil.
To make matters worse they stated that the bike comes with a recoil starter but to install it would cost me $230......(I purchased other bike in the US and it did not have recoil starter option).
Thanks in advance
