2004 rancher 350
will not stay running without the coke level a little bit up, cleaned the carb all the jets and it still does not want to stay running at idle with choke off, it does run rough the the choke on if you give it gas,,, the quad sits most of it's life any ajustment on choke that would help,,,, any help would be great, it going to snow tomorrow and i need to get it going

Yes, the part inside the carb, attatched to the end of the choke cable may be hanging open. This is called a starter valve, or choke plunger. It may not be seated all the way in the bottom of its bore.
Another issue could be the fuel air screw. If it was removed an o-ring may have been lost during cleaning and you have an air leak. Also if it was not removed (fuel air screw, spring, washer, o-ring) and the passage from it to the slow jet blown through and cleaned, this may be your problem also
