all i got so say is that i have a 300ex and my good friend has a blaster, and that the 300ex has really good handleing and suspension but the blaster has really sh**y suspension. also the blaster has way better take off than the 300ex and the top ends speeds are pritty much the same, when we race were pritty much dead even. also my friend has to do alot of mantinece on his blaster. alot of stuff on it has broke and he has had to replace it. In my opinon i'm glad i got the 300ex i havent had any troubles and i love the handleing, and its not hard to keep up with all the 400 and the banshees, so dont rate the 300ex out its a really nice quad.

if anything it is under rated to the raptor, banshee, whatever. I am not saying that it will beat these, but it is not as far away as most people say. (i've raced em')


now maybe your trying to say that the 300ex is under rated. And i believe that the 300 is a great quad for the woods, and equal in performance in tighter trails. But get a 300ex with a-arms and an axle woth a pipe out on the trace with a stock 400 and the 400 is going to win. The 400 has some rake in the frame, i don't think the 300 does. Believe me if the 400 was thAT
BAD then why would they sell both machines?

MOST people sit there and say

the 400ex is the best quad made, don't even waste your time with anything else.

That really gets on my nerves. Its just like, if you don't own a 400 you might as well go home.

you just proved a point to yourself, you have to spend $900 to beat the 400ex, so doesn't that mean the 400Ex is better. Get over the 300ex and save your $900 and put it towards buying yourself a new 400ex.
