Hi, I have an 02 rubicon with 350 hours on it. I have never had a problem with it until now! The machine runs fine at idle, and great at upper rpms, but is really sluggish at low rpms. I am also noticing that the choke will not stay out anymore, and when you pull the choke out the quad runs like it used to(good). Is there any one out there that has any sugestions or solutions?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img] Thanks!

 

Sounds to me that you have a jet partly clogged. Try taking the carb apart, spray the jets and passages out with carb cleaner and blow it out with compressed air.

As far as the choke ****, generally Hondas are set up so you can twist the little housing below the **** to adjust the friction that holds the **** where you set it.
