Rincon 680 or AC 650 V2??
#1
I am thinking about trading my 04 AC 650 V2 for a Rincon 680. I like the idea of the Honda's shaft drive and no belt to worry about but I have read that they are underpowered and I love the power of my Arctic Cat. Is there that much difference?? Pros / Cons???

I haven't ridden the 650 V2, but I would imagine it would be considerably more powerful than the Rincon's 680 single.
I did ride a 650 AC, the single piston one. Compared to the Rincon it was snappy, but maybe a bit less refined feel. The AC has quite a bit more ground clearance and has a planted feel, but it rides much stiffer and harsher, and it fights you more with the steering.
The transmission feel of the Rincon is different than anything else. Some folks like it and some don't. To me the biggest disadvantage is insufficient engine braking on technical decents below about 12 mph.
You really need a real test ride on one before you decide.
