It's good to hear that the plastic shelters hold up good. I was thinking of buying one of them to store some of my other stuff in, but was worried about the wind and weight of snow/ice. I live in PA and we get some nasty weather, nothing like you get in Canada but nasty none the less. I figure if it holds up well for you then it should be fine for me. I may try one of them thats not a bad price at all!

Yeah I had it set up since November and it has held up great. I have to admit I didn't think it would last at all but for $120 I thought I'd give it a try. Just make sure to anchor it really well. I'm very impressed. Many people here have them because of that sale and I haven't seen one yet be destroyed by the weather.

better on pavement than in grass if its outside. Moisture in ground over long haul not as good as cement or pavement. harsh weather harder on rubber/vinyl parts

I definantly vote for a shelter of some sort. If your parking it on grass or dirt for any length of time, put down a sheet of heavy plastic or tarp to stop moisture from the ground from comming up under your cover causing condensation.

Dont forget, an ATV cover that is loose fitting will billow in the wind, which leads to tears and chaffing on parts of your ATV. A well fitting cover will provide better protection then a universal fit one.
