Rancher 420
#1
I just purchased a 07 Rancher 420 foot shift model.
This model has no speedo or odometer.
I was wondering if it is possible to add a factory one from the rancher model that has it? Does that unit plug into the transmission and if yes if there as spot on the trasmission of the foot shift model to install it?
Any help would be great as I would really like to have a trip meter and speedo?
If the above is not possible does anyone make an aftermarket computer unit for this machine?

this one has a speedo, odo, time, temp, tach and more. dont think it has a GPS in it.
you also may have to buy the dash mounting kit but its pretty cool too.
they have them for most atvs and if they dont you can ask. I called them in the past and they said they would help me make it work correctly if i got it for the model i was asking them about.

JeffinTD is right. I added an hour meter for maintenance, then a 12v power port for my GPS which gives me all the trip data, speed, etc., I bet you could get a pretty decent handheld GPS & handlebar mount for about the same money as you might pay to add the Honda speedo/odometer, which won't give you maps and all the data of a GPS. See the photos of how I did it on My Rancher 420 Page below.
