Nice! That's not bad at all. I left him an email about seperate parts so we'll see how it goes.
Cam and bearing still looks great. Think I was lucky and had the valve snap while pulling the starter. Only got half a pull when the cord ripped out of my hand. OUCH! If it would have been running at the time I think it would have caused alot more damage.
Whats the best way to get to the lower gear on the cam timing chain? Somehow I got the chain lodged in between the gear and the case after tear down.

I did that a couple times. You either have to gently tug on it to get it loose. Or pull the clutch cover off to get to it easier. If pull the cover you might as well replace the clutch while your at it.
