I have what feels like sand in the carb bowl, so I think I need to clean out the gas tank. I'll clean the carb and it will run fine for a few days, then quit again and every time I find this gritty sandy stuff is the culprit. What is the right way to go about cleaning the fuel tank? Do I need to remove it? And if I do, anything I need to watch out for?
