my tires are finally down to about 30%, i want to +1 or 2 with swamplites. my rancher oem wheels having a 12 front and 11 rear, is really confusing the hell out of me. i really want to keep my oem wheels, not a big fan of chrome and shiny things.( hell, not a big fan of spending another 300 bucks for a a set that i will inevitably scratch and possibly dent).
Any advice on the exact tire size will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Sean Ranes

You should read this thread. I asked a similar question a while back.

I'm about to make the same purchase. From what I've learned form others on here the swamplites are pretty good tires. I know the odd sized OEM rims somewhat limit the variety of aftermarket tires available. I've pretty much decided to purcahse the the terracross tires and itp delta rims.

thanks for the link voodoo. i guess i will have to pry a few bucks from my piggy bank for a pair of 12 inch rear, maybe from a foreman? i am pretty much decided on swamplite as i do not avoid mud, but rather seek and wallow in it. btw, thats the most organized home shop i've ever seen!
cheers,

No problem. Glad to help. I try to avoid the mud at all cost. Although, when I have no choice I'll trudge right through with everyone else. I just hate the washing that has to occur when I get home. Thanks for the compliments on the shop. My wife has the house and I get the detached garage. I think it's good deal.

I put foreman takeoffs on mine. 25" tires and 12" rims all the way around. You may find some on ebay. I basically took my wheels with 3 miles on them back to the dealer for the swap. I foresaw this as a problem. The rancher wheels look better but hey....

after looking at jrafters executioners, all i can say is wow! AND after reading some forum (highlifter.com executioner VS. swamplite) reviews....i am back to the drawing board.
Also, after considering the $$ difference on foreman wheels, which i intended to paint flat black, it makes a lot more sense to just to spend a tad more
on 4 12" black delta wheels.
so my new masta plan is:
REAR ITP Delta 12x7 w/ 25-10-12 executioner = 203.00 free shipping
FRONT ITP Delta 12x7 w/ 25-8-12 executioner = 190.00 free shipping

SEll my stockers at ebay for 50 bucks
total spent: $344.00
Not bad huh?
