i have a 05 rincon,i installed a dynojet kit with k&n filter.the kit came with a after market spring.my question is will i gain anything by clipping the after market spring or do i leave it alone.
i would like to get a little more low end response.any ideas?

 

depends on which jet you installed, and dynojets tech support can be a big help

 

THANKS I will try them & check my jet size.Think a pipe will help and do they make 1 thats not screaming loud,i still use it hunting.

 

the pipe will change the rincon into a totally different ride. but it is louder, but they also make a stealth kit that slips on to make it back quiet when you want. i got mine jetted, k&n filter, pipe and i also lifted mine 1.5 inches in the front to make it sit level. now, no lie i weigh 225 pounds and can sit on the gas cap and still pop wheelies. another tip is that i am very particular about mine, so no gas out of a jug, only the gas nozzle at the store, and only 93 octane. also use the "Engine Ice" coolant. your fan will hardly ever run. cooler engine = more power. and maybe 1 gallon of 110 octane every 4 tank fulls. not to often b/c its leaded, and could burn a piston if too much but 1 gal wont hurt, just runs better and smells good.
