flashing light

can anyone tell me what might make the temp light to flash
before the fan comes on ? i just had w/brothers pipe dynatek fs box
put on an cut da airlid in half rejetted

Maybe a loose connection or the protective screen may be clogged not sure though.If you have your owners manual check that.
