Yeah they are out there, I've seen 4", 5", and some 6", but I wouldn't recommend them for your bike. If you do a lot of riding, even with the 2", you will see quicker wear on CV joints (the steeper angle causes the cage and bearings to gouge the cup), and bearings. If you can tuck those 27s without a monster lift, I'd stick with that. If not, take a look at the adjustable shocks offered for bikes nowadays..
