Hi people.. im looking forward to buy a used honda TRX250EX for a school project, and i need to know the transmission ratios for the gearbox (all 5 speeds) since i depend on that value, and havent beel able to getthem through the internet...

Do you know if there is somewhere i can find and buy the gearbox alone?

i havent been able to find that either, neither the part number for the gearbox all assembled... if you guys can give me this info i would be pleased

Go to www.bikebandit.com or www.cowboyhonda.com, and you will be able to look at a Honda micro-fiche for your specific bike. It will ask you the type, make, year, and model, then you can click on each part of the bike for a zoomed in diagram of all the parts. This won't tell you the gear ratio, but it will give you the Honda part number for your gearbox.
