Have a 07 Rancher 420 and get a gas smell when it is first started. After it's running a few minutes the smell goes away. Checked all over for a fuel line leak and nothing was found. Wondering if it's a rich running condition with the cold start program for the fuel injection. Any thoughts out there.

i have read they come rich from the factor. i dont know if thats true or not.

 

i would say they run a little rich till they warn up
