Some parts are still available thru Honda - There are some parts for this that have been discontinued due to age and the few years that they produced this machine. You will also find some differences between the old 350's that all parts do not interchange between the year models produced. There were also some aftermarket plastics produced, but again, the age may have some bearing on availability.
A service manual will go a long way in helping you to determine the spark issue - the most common cause for lack of spark is a bad CDI module, but this is not always the cause of no spark, thus one of the needs for the service manual for testing procedures.

Sure seems to be alot of 86-89 TRX 350 owners out there. I bought one of these from a farmer in early June, for $150. I now have $800 total into it and it runs and looks pretty decent. I've a bit of research on this machine, I'm hardly an authority and definately not an expert but here is some info that I think will help you out.
1986 - 1 Model produced known as the "Fourtrax"
1987-89 2 Models produced, Fourtrax and the Foreman (known as the TRX 350D)
The cosmetic difference between the Foreman and the Fourtrax is the Foreman had much wider fender flares (the black plastic parts), as well as a front and rear cargo rack. The front bumper on the Foreman is different as well, to accomodate the front cargo rack. There is a breather box that the crankcase vents to on the Fourtrax, which was omitted on the Foreman.
I have read on a number of forums that Honda made these machines in 90, 91 and 92 however they were only sold in Canada and good luck finding any "official" info on them. From what some of the Canadian guys on other forums have said, the 90-92's were virtual clones of the 89 model.
You will save alot of time and money if you can find a service manual. I picked one up on Ebay for $20. I'll check my manual tonight for troubleshooting the no spark issue your having, if somebody hasn't done so by then.
The good news is these old ATV's were built like Ford pickups, they are almost bullet proof and it seems they run forever. The bad news is you can quicly dump more into the machine than it will ever be worth. New plastics are incredibly expensive considering the value of the machine. You can buy a brand new OEM front or rear fender for about $250 each plus shipping. And this doesn't include the fender flares, other plastic bits or the myriad of fasteners that hold all the bits together.
Ebay is your friend, I've gotten all of my bits from there except fluids and filters.
