I have a honda 250x with pipe and air filter and bored .40 over what is the top speed.

I have a filter on mine and it will hit 49mph. The stock hp is 12.6

If it's not a high compression piston, then it'll probably top out at like 55 with those mods but it really depends on how good it's jetted for the pipe/filter and how how much you weigh.

it also depends on if you have the stock gearing and tires sizes

a bone stock 250X should run about 50-52 MPH depending on wind and rider weight

it has 16.5HP from the factory
