Default Carb Problems??? gas leak

Trouble with 96 Honda Foreman 400... Gas flooding out of carb. Replaced needle valve and float still no help. Getting desperate... Oh yeah thanks to "Mike", for helping us with the ignition spark problem. It was solved by replacing the voltage rectifier/ regulator. Great Job!

When i had that trouble I replaced the needle float valve and make sure the floats are adjusted properly so when the floats are up it shuts the valve off
