Default 2005 Rancher AT won't shift

My 2005 Rancher AT will not change gears. It will change from D to N to R, but when in Drive, it is locked in low gear. Doesn't matter if it is in ESP or Auto. Engine starts and runs fine in Drive. Also, when I shift into reverse, it doesn't want to run very well, starts sputtering and has very little power. This all started happening shortly after I drove through a creek, but I have driven through the same creek dozens of times. It only has about 1100 miles on it. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The gear position indicator should be flashing , you have to count the flashes..

Code #5 is angle sensor "motor lock".. First check the couplers for the angle sensor & shift control motor for water/moisture .. Here are the tests ..
