If Polaris is so good then why when I went riding on the weekend with three Polaris riders and two Hondas , that at the end of the day all the Polaris riders said they would buy a Honda next time . By the way we toed home one of the Polaris bikes .
Can't beat Honda .

Slade,
I have rode a 400EX. After a Scrambler it seems kinda small. Like I'm sitting on top of it so much more than my Scrambler. The Scrambler feels more like you are in it. Know what I mean?? I like hiding behind the handle bars. I'll get to ride a 400EX a lot more though, my brother is picking up his '00 400EX today
Fun for me too !!!! I'm helping him with his down payment so I have $500+ of riding coming my way
$500 of my money for a 400EX, who says I don't like Hondas ???
Gabby,
I don't know who you Honda guys are always riding with but I NEVER see a broke Polaris. In fact I've never seen a broke down anything except 250R's & Banshee's that won't start. I had a Honda once, It gets below 40 degrees and they don't want to start. Maybe that's why Honda doesn't make snowmobiles???

Lost? The topic wasn't completely lost. It was about Polaris and Honda. Most everything here is about the original hoax of Honda "following" Polaris. Then it went into a lets all rip on the brand that we like least or lets all talk about how we like the best. That's what I wanted to do... instigate a discussion/argument. The best part about it is that I brought a lot of people together to discuss their opinions. I like threads like that (and it seems so do all of you). I am so sick of the "how fast will quad X go" type threads that I wanted to start a good, long, informative, heated discussion. Looks like I succeeded.
Gordo - I have to admit, that was one of the funniest posts I've read in a while.
And to all Polaris owners - I am really looking forward to embarrassing any of you at the dunes this season. No matter what you might say here, I know the truth, and that's all that matters. You know, you can fool some of the people some of the time, but...

Sandman,
If I lived by the dunes I would have bought a Banshee. Instead, because of where I live I ride in the woods & trails & some snow.
Also, At the dunes I saw a couple of Polaris's putting it to some Banshees. I don't understand why that is so hard to believe, even though Sports/ Scramblers weigh a bunch.

I bought a Polaris because I ride in mountains and go up alot of hills and through alot of mud. Personally I thnk Polaris does those two things better. I also don't like shifting, I can, I just don't want to if I dont have to.
