I think the ACT XLR (6 ply radial version of ACT 3 ply) is a bit more expensive.

Where did you find the ACT's for $80 a tire. I had trouble finding the ACT XLR's. I'd be interested to see if the same place has them.

 

Havn't been on the forum for a while would like to throw in my two cents on this.

I had 27" bighorns on my Rhino for 1800 miles and I thought they were the best
from pavement to gravel bars in the creeks to deep mud. Still looked good after
1800 mi. no flats either. I would buy them again!!!!!!

 

GO WITH THE TERRA CROSS. I HAD A SET ON MY 420. GREAT TRAIL TIRE. THEY RIDE CLOSE TO A STOCK TIRE. NOT SO GREAT IN THE MUD THOUGH SO I HAD TO GO WITH SOMETHING MORE AGGRESSIVE.
