I am having some issues with my winch. I ordered a PE2000 for my 2008 Rancher 420. After the first use the winch broke. So now I am fighting with the manufacturer to give me my money back.

I decided to get a PE2500, and the dealer gave me a great deal because of the issue with the first winch.

I attempted to mount the winch on the bike and the mounting plate was too small. As it turns out the distributor entered the incorrect model number so all the dealers are selling the wrong plate.

So the dealer ordered the new plate for me. However, it still doesn't fit. I then took the bike to the dealer, and they looked at it and agreed with me. It is not the correct fit for the bike.

So now my winch has been sitting on my garage floor for about 1 month because I cannot find a mounting plate.

Does anyone know where I can get a mounting plate for a 2008 Honda Rancher 420, which will work with a MileMarker PE2500?

The dealer has to get the plate and do an even exchange for the new plate. I am thinking of just trying to return everything. However, the dealer is not cooperating with me.
